Ejector rings

Basically the ejector rings significantly support the cutting process. Depending on the cutting process the ejector rings take on various tasks, for example:

  • Ejecting
  • Transporting
  • Lifting or supporting

The fabrication of the steel core should be done while holding the tightest tolerances and in this way significant advantages in the process are achieved. The steel core can be fabricated from various tool steels or even from rust resistant materials.

We use polyurethane, Perbunan, natural rubber, Viton, butyl, silicone, EPDM, DVGW acc. to Euro standard 682 and hypalon, among others.

Depending on the customer requirements, the roller coating can be done in various colours and Shore hardnesses. We are glad to support you in implementing these options in your cutting process in a process optimised manner.

The use of different colours is done to simplify the differentiation of the ejection rings depending on the purpose of use. Thus male or female ejection rings can be clearly arranged.
